Private sessions are the best way to get the most out of your training. Regardless of fitness level, your age or your lifestyle I personalize program based on your goals, iabilites or injuries. I will work with you to create a successful personal program — for fitness improvement, recovery from injury, and/or pre- & post-partum conditioning.
